I believe that solar should take the highest priority.  Solar is well developed, accessible to commercial and residences alike, reasonably priced, flexible as to application.  Also, it is non-invasive to wildlife

And, well, sunshine is plentiful pretty much everywhere year-round.

It really is a crime that solar has not been promoted in Florida, a state that gets 325 days of sunshine a year. Solar applications are scarce, and incentives are minimal at best. Only in 2008 has Florida Power & Light begun to seriously develop solar alternatives.
